Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

1. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging
  • Buyer pays return shipping (unless the item is defective)

2. Defective Product Policy

  • If a customer receives a defective product, the company will provide a replacement product free of charge. However, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery charges for the replacement. The company will bear the cost of the product only, not the delivery charges.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or opened salt products
  • Customized or personalized items

4. How to Initiate a Return
